The service I received when collecting my new car was impeccable or if the car is in for a service the standard of how your treated is outstanding, I had the dealings with Andy Hallam and he was a great guy , genuine , keeps you informed of everything you need to know , and make the buying of your car the best ever. Can’t thank him enough.

The whole process of getting a new vehicle was made easy and very efficient. We were extremely satisfied with the Salesman who we spoke to and explained everything. We've had our vehicle serviced here a number of times. The staff are all very friendly, efficient and helpful. On our last visit we had to have some major work carried out and Tim, the service manager, was incredibly well organised and knowledgeable. We were offered the use of a hire car and received updates on the work as it progressed. We also needed an MOT carried out at short notice and Tim was able to fit this work in and was very accommodating. When a supplier failed to deliver the correct parts there was no problem having the loan car extended and again we received progress updates. The cost was discussed in advance and so we did not get any surprises. All in all we had a great experience and are very pleased with the service and support from the BSM Service and engineering team! 10/10!

Fantastic service from the minute we enquired about purchasing a new vehicle to driving it out the dealership. Sales Executive Andy Hallums was courteous and professional throughout. His knowledge base of the New Kona was very impressive, nothing was too much trouble, including sitting in the vehicle and showing me the different aspects including linking me to Blue link. Being able to go through the various specifications on the car was great and helped in understanding some of the info in the handbook. Despite contacting Andy several times before collection his response was always pleasant and ready to help. On collection Andy had the paperwork ready, he went through everything to ensure I fully understood it. His level of efficiency is to be commended.
